Conclusion of the Salifort Motors Project
Conduct a presentation or meeting to share the results with the client and stakeholders.
Clearly communicate the findings, their implications, and recommended actions in a non-technical manner.
The project objective was to develop a ML model that could predict an employee leaving, the notebooks below compare the performance of different models and the project demonstration notebook shows the different models in action.
All copies of the client data will be deleted once payment has been received along with confirmation that no further work will be required with this dataset.
We are happy to retain this data under secure encryption utilising 2FA for access should further work be required at a later date
I would be happy to offer assistance to the Salifort HR and IT teams to implement the chosen models.

While the model will operate with the current dataset, I could suggest a number of enhancements to the data collected in order to improve the model's performance.
I would suggest retraining the model whenever there are changes of more than 10% in the workforce to ensure the model is kept up to date with the fast pace of Salifort Motors growth.
I would like to schedule an online or in person close out meeting to ensure that key stakeholders are happy with the deliverables and overall project outcome, and to review any lessons learned along with any areas where improvements could be made.
At the conclusion of a project and when I'm in receipt of your agreement that all contracted objectives and deliverables have been met with your approval, I kindly request that the attached invoice is settled within thirty days.
I will be happy to support the Salifort team with any further help the may require.
I have identified that employee satisfaction, the number of project they work on, and their last evaluation score as key factors that have a high correlation to employees leaving.
